What is Pilates?

Pilates is a whole body workout, recognized by the American Chiropractic Association, integrating strength, rhythm, control, and stretching. Pilates is a series of exercises where we develop the muscles correctly while we master our mind.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

We teach in such a way that not only implements Joseph Pilates' method, but also brings light and love to those receiving the lesson. The name Clinging Grace is inspired by hexagrams in the I Ching. The Clinging: illumination, inspiration, devotion and regeneration; Grace: to bring out beauty, elegance and self-expression. These are all elements inherent within the Pilates method. The method, by itself, surrenders the receiver to these elements. Taught with this adherence, awareness and love, the impossible disappears.
